7-day cooling off
Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return an unused, unopened product within 7 days of delivery for a refund, less courier costs.
Warranty returns
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Faulty items can be returned within the warranty period for repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
Not returnable
- Items damaged through incorrect fitment or misuse
- Custom-ordered or made-to-order body kits
- Products without original packaging
How to return
Email info@013motorsports.co.za or WhatsApp 079 739 0581 with your invoice number and photos. We'll arrange collection or workshop drop-off.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
