1. Agreement
By placing an order with 013 Motor Sports you accept these terms.
2. Pricing
Prices are shown in ZAR (R) including VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices without notice. The price applicable to an order is the price confirmed at checkout.
3. Stock
Online stock indications are estimates. We will confirm availability when you place an order via WhatsApp. If a product is out of stock we will offer a refund, exchange or backorder.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods: EFT, cash and card at the workshop. Banking details are provided on order confirmation. Goods remain the property of 013 Motor Sports until paid in full.
5. Fitment
It is the customer's responsibility to confirm fitment before purchase. We offer fitment advice but do not guarantee compatibility unless explicitly stated in writing.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
